Prevailing global circumstances have fuelled many conspiracy theories. One of them is regarding the coming of Imam Muhammad al-Mahdi (Alayhis-salam). Many have fallen prey to this conspiracy theory by believing that the arrival of Imam Mahdi is imminent. People are misled by those who claim to be the Mahdi or claim to have seen the Mahdi or announce that the Mahdi has arrived. There is a need to separate fact from conspiracy.

Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has presented the true teachings and beliefs pertaining to Imam Muhammad al-Mahdi (Alayhis-salam) from the Qur’an, hadith and classical sources. He has outlined all the minute details, from the lineage and description of Imam Mahdi to the detailed signs relating to his arrival that are mentioned in The-Hadith. By putting everything in context, he has made clear that just taking one sign mentioned in The-Hadith and basing a conclusion upon it is misleading. Rather, there is a whole line of chronological events mentioned in The-Hadith, all of which have to take place before his arrival.
